First United Methodist Church, of Cedar Falls, Iowa,
has partnered with St. Paul's United Methodist Church
of La Porte City, Iowa, to combine our forces, our funding,
our enthusiasm, and our ideas, to mount at least three
and possibly more trips to Biloxi, Mississippi, to help
in the area of the gulf coast devastated by the hurricane.
We have planned trips in late March, late May, mid-August, and mid-October.
There are many types and levels of interest that we recognise:
* Those who just want to take a look to see who we are and what we have in mind.
* Some who want to join us, for one or more of these trips.
* You may have or know of someone who has tools they would like to loan or donate.
* Others may support us, through prayer, contributions, or ideas.
* Some want to see the progress made by volunteer teams from all over the country.
In any case, you are welcome to contact us either by email or telephone.

We are excited, making new friends, pulling this plan together,
and preparing for whatever God has in store for us. We hope that others will
get excited as well, and contribute whatever they can, support, ideas, prayer cover,
and interest.
