Terry Dannatt said, "God took Sheri with him this morning @12.30 am, 12/14/2010. Please let all
Toreadors know that all email messages were received and I read them to her. I believe that she
heard every word and I know she would be very grateful for all the kind, encouraging words sent
from her beloved friends in the class of '67. She will be missed by her family and friends.
Her daughter, Trishelle, and son, Travis, are making funeral arrangements today and I will update
information as I get it. Sheri, Sheri BABY, we love you."
Update 2007:
I am still living in Spirit Lake. I have 4 grandchildren. Trishelle and her husband (Steve)
live here (2 children) (Jessica and D. Jay) and Travis and Laura live in Phoenis with 2 children
(Alaina and Sarah). Jessica received the President's scholarship to
Gustavus Adolphus and she will start this year, which is quite an honor.
Update 2002:
Occupation: Real Estate agent/Office Manager for Gjerde Real Estate
Children: Trishelle Gjerde 34, Travis Lass 30
Grandchildren: Jessica 12, D. Jay 9, Danielle 6 (Gjerde), Alaina 3, Sarah 6 mos. (Lass)
Life History: Married in 1968, moved to Okoboji in 1976, owner bowling centers (1972-1981).
Moved to Phoenix in 1982, Vice President CompuSys, Inc. for 15 years specializing in the field
of employee benefit administration marketing employee benefit plans for 4 years along with
selling and listing real estate. Moved back to Okoboji/Spirit Lake in May of 2002 to help
my daughter set up her own real estate firm.
