Update 2022:

Since the last BHS reunion, we have spent a lot of time at ball fields attending ball games; football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball... you name it and one of our grandkids will be playing it. They are great athletes, great grandchildren and all around wonderful to be around!

June 27, 2020, was our 50th anniversary. At Christmas (2019), our kids surprised us with a 10-day Alaskan Cruise leaving port on June 27, 2020. However, when covid hit, that put the kibosh on the cruise. Despite masking up, sanitizing and all the things we were told to do, Paul and I both came down with covid right after the new year 2021. This was just prior to vaccine or any real treatments being available. I wassick, but Paul became really, r eally, sick. He ended up with covid pneumonia and very nearly died. All I have to say about that is this: It was a scary and frightening wake up call. I never ever, ever want to go through that again and I believe that Ivermectin saved his life. Anyway, our kids, determined that our 50th anniversary would not go uncelebrated. So on our 51st anniversary, we all went to Glenwood Springs; our most favorite place to go in Colorado when we lived there. There is no way we could not have had a better time on the cruise than we did in Glenwood Springs. We were all together to party. And boy, howdy did we party! Our hotel was filled with baseball teams intournaments so there were kids all over the place and everyone was there for a good time. We spent a week there and had the best time ever!

Since then, we haven’t come into a big inheritance or won the Publisher's Clearing House or the lottery. We h aven't purchased a new boat, motorcycles, or RVs. We have not purchased any collectible art or jewelry or gone on a trip around the world. However, I did purchase anew titanium hip last fall.

For the most part, we have hung around home, doing whatever projects need to be done, gone fishing, walked the trails, messed with the horses, watched the wildlife and enjoyed doing nothing whenever the spirit hit us.

Enjoy the reunion!
