Life History: I graduated from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy in 1972 and promptly moved to Louisville, KY, with a career opportunity. Fortunately, I have loved this area enough to stay and practice in various forms of Pharmacy for the last 30 years. With a strong desire for more management opportunities, I returned to school in 1981 and acquired a MBA from Bellarmine University, a small, local private Catholic college. I remarried in 1999. My wife and I recently downsized from the joys of caring for a large home to a smaller patio-home community where we can enjoy more free time. My wife is employed by Kindred Healthcare, a large nursing home company and I am a hospital Pharmacist at Norton Healthcare at it's downtown Louisville campus. Although I love this area, I do miss Iowa (except for the winter weather) and I enjoy returning every so often to see friends, visit what family is left there, rehash the past and see the changes.
