Update 2017: Jim and I have a home in Surprise, AZ where we spend 3/4 winter months. We've taken up golf and are enjoying the challenge no matter how frustrating it is! We try to fit in some hiking between bike riding and enjoying the company of family and friends.
My son Judd is married. He and Janine have a son named Weston who's a year old. They live in Denver.

Update 2007: After graduation from BHS I attended Simpson College for one year. I then transferred to Drake University where I obtained an undergraduate degree in Special Education and a master's degree in Learning Disabilities, Behavior Disabilities and Mental Disabilities. I taught school in Urbandale, Iowa for three years. Jim Donelson and I were married when we were both Drake students. We moved to Boone when our daughter, Melissa and son, Judd were three and six years old. After being a stay at home Mom for four years I began teaching in the Boone Schools. I enjoyed living in Boone and raising our children in a safe and welcoming community!

In 1990 I married Jim Gohman who is currently a permanent part-time MD for McFarland Clinic in Ames, Iowa. We enjoy many things together with the top of our list being our three grandsons! Melissa lives in Houston, Texas and has a three year old, Evan. Jim's son Jon has two boys, Max, four and Will, two. My son Judd lives at the base of peak nine in Breckenridge, Colorado. He loves life in Colorado. Jim's eldest son Grant lives in Minneapolis as do Sarah and Jon.
