  • Earned Distinguished Flying Cross, Air Medal with six oak leaf cluster, E.T.O. ribbons with three battle stars, and the Purple Heart
  • Awarded the Order of the Partisan Star Third Class by Yugoslavia
  • Atlanta Life Insurance Company, Agent and manager
