Student Recital Scheduling

TIMELINE:

- Reserve Performance Space (for SPRING recital): Nov. 15 th – Nov. 22nd

- Reserve Performance Space (for FALL recital): Apr. 7 th – Apr. 14 th

- Reserve Rehearsal Space (for SPRING recital): Jan. 15 th – Feb. 1 st

- Reserve Rehearsal Space (for FALL recital): Sept. 5 th – Oct. 1 st

REMINDER:  Check all halls for performance conflicts, including School of Music, Waterloo-Cedar Falls Symphony Orchestra, and Artist Series and special events in the Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts Center. You can do this by accessing: http://webcalendar.uni.edu . If you need information as to how to use this, see the page on student access to the calendar.

NOTE: Concerts are not normally allowed to be scheduled at the same time as another performance in a different venue.
