I spoke with about 5 or 6 students about their research. What really struck me was the extremely diverse nature of the research being carried out. Examples of some of the posters were the HaloSat and the Missing Baryon problem to the computational methods being used to track Martian atmosphere ions. These are some of the topics I would have never have learned about had I not attended.\u00a0 It really was a pleasure learning some new stuff. It also demonstrated that space research is an extremely complex mix of different STEM disciplines.<\/p>\n
