Always great to see old students. Regina worked in my lab in 2010 putting t-butyl groups on our diCp ligand. It was a lot of work and there were a lot of reactions that did not work. However, Regina did a great job of hanging in there and was able to get the yield up to 35%.

Regina went on to get her PhD at Iowa State University with Aaron Sadow, doing cobalt and iron chemistry with oxazolinyl ligands.
