Time to try some new alternatives to putting our diCp ligand onto the Ru metal centers. Found this paper by Wilkinson in Polyhedron, 1990, pg 2071

Calls for refluxing for 30 min in EtOH. So last century. Did a quick microwave.

Cool stuff. Except it is like running a reaction next to the rectum of a cow, due to the THT. Pee-eww!
