How did this happen? We made it into the virtual issue of Organometallics highlighting undergraduate research
Here we are, listed in the table of contents
It is our paper from two years ago reporting the silylation of benzene using our diruthenium complexes. It is nice to see the undergraduates at UNI getting recognized for being able to do quality science that makes a contribution to the field.
I also saw this in the table of contents
Paul Wagenknecht was my teaching and research mentor when I was at San Jose State University. He is currently at Furman University. He played a big part in helping me land an academic position 19 years ago, for which I am very grateful.
I think we are in some pretty good company in this issue. A big thanks to the folks who chose our paper to be included in the issue.
