I am here to teach you Français. Alors, Faites Attention.
So get started today and, my advice after 38 years in the classroom, Make Lots of Errors and "get them out of the way!" Work daily on new vocabulary. Make lists of words. Use mnemonic devices. Cross off the words that you have memorized and add to this list on a daily basis. Use your new words with friends and create and say aloud three sentences daily using your new French vocabulary.
If you are serious, get busy learning this most used list of (1) 100 words to start with...then follow with the (2) TOP 25 French words you will need to know right under the 100 most used words. These are a "must."Quiz a friend. Have your friend quiz you. Maybe even have your mother quiz you. Why not? I'd like to challenge you to try EVERY SITE on this page. They don't care how much you know until they know how much you CARE] I hope that you picked up some ideas here that will aid in your total success. Have fun in your classroom. (ps I picked up these ideas in a recent dream and wanted to share with each of you) I'm 72 but never too old to learn and never too old to share ideas. Best yet, > why not be learning another language yourself? Check out one of the sites above. It is a great means to experience first-hand what your French students are feeling. Now you are "walking in their shoes." Don't forget to have FUN doing it.
